We charge a flat fee for our services, and can provide you a reasonably accurate estimate of your closing costs at the outset of your transaction so that you’re not caught off guard at the last minute by unforeseen expenses.
We make sure that we are regularly available for telephone and in-person consultations before, during and after the transaction. This is important to us because, when engaged in such a large-scale financial transaction such as purchasing and selling a home, it is important to have a lawyer in your corner at all times to provide legal advice on the myriad of issues that inevitably arise. This includes discussing matters and meeting with clients outside of business hours, because we know that our clients lead busy lives, and that time is a precious commodity.
